1 double shot of espresso
1 ounce of Pedroncelli Four Grapes Port
Chocolate whipped cream
You'll need heat proof 2 ounce glasses for this drink. Once espresso is done, pour half in each glass. Add 1/2 ounce port to each glass and top with chocolate whipped cream (which can be quickly made by stirring in some chocolate syrup or cocoa powder to already prepared whipped cream-the real stuff not Cool Whip). Enjoy!
