... Pedroncelli Wine Cake

Ingredients:

1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
½ cup canola oil
1 cup Pedroncelli Zinfandel Rose` or Chardonnay
2 T sugar
1 t cinnamon
Powdered sugar
 

Preparation:

Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs, oil and wine in a mixing bowl. Beat with mixer on medium for 5 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of the cake batter into a 9 or 10 inch greased and floured tube pan; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes before turning out of pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
